ABOUT
7P5C2192.jpg

I strongly believe that talk therapy, in a safe, supportive and challenging environment, has the power to transform lives and improve mental pathways. Whether you are in crisis, dealing with trauma, or seeking tools to help process an ever-changing and complicated world, my commitment is the same: I collaborate with my clients as we link thoughts and feelings and achieve insights into their behaviors and patterns. But the goal is not only to understand, but also to transform and grow.

My practice is deeply empathetic and intuitive, utilizes unique life experience and is rooted in the psychodynamic and attachment theory modalities. I also apply trauma-informed care, CBT, and other evidence-based practices, which allows clients to see real and actual positive changes in their lives. For me, process and progress go hand in hand.

Finding the right therapist can be overwhelming. Feel free to contact me with information about yourself, any questions you may have or to schedule a consultation. I welcome and look forward to the start of our journey and partnership together.
